If a line smears, work inside the app
A broken download, a missing text, or a cash-out that stays pending is handled in the installed Diwa Wow app. This slate cannot open your case.

Say which line smeared
A half-finished download, a text that never came, and a cash-out still pending are separate lines. Name one before you write.
Reinstall only when the app asks you to replace the package, and only from this host. A delay is not that request.
Use the thread already on the screen
Open help from the app you installed. Someone who messages you first, even if they quote the pending sum, is not that thread.
Send amount, time, and reference. Leave out the PIN, the code, and any photo of a card.
Writing here does not open a ticket
A message to this host does not appear inside Diwa Wow. We cannot sign in as you and we cannot release funds.
If money left an account you did not intend, speak to that bank as well as the in-app thread.
A request for a secret ends the talk
When someone wants a one-time code or a UPI PIN in order to fix the line, stop. Go back to the status screen.
Delete any leftover installer so a distracted tap does not add a second package.
When a line smears
- Name the line File, code, or cash-out.
- Open help inside the app Ignore inbound chats.
- Send three facts Amount, time, reference.
- Keep secrets off the thread No PIN, no code.
- Tell the bank about a debit you did not make And keep the app thread.

Can the slate chase a cash-out?
No. There is no wallet access here. The in-app thread is the request.
They quoted my pending amount. Real support?
No. Hang up. Use the help control visible in the app.
Reinstall to fix a pending cash-out?
No. Update only if the app asks, and only from this host.
Will you list a reply-time promise?
No. Any clock is inside the app, if one is shown.
